New employees recruited for these positions will provide customer service and sales support in Spanish for a client in the entertainment industry.
“The New Year is bringing new business to our contact center and new opportunities for local job seekers,” said Stacy Cheekan, senior recruitment manager for the Convergys contact center in Tamarac. “Customer care continues to be an important differentiator for companies that wish to succeed in this consumer-driven economy. We’re looking for Spanish-speaking individuals to serve customers for whom Spanish is their language of choice.”
